XHC: Decision on being put out of alert

Following Decision No. 384/QD-SGDHN dated April 11, 2024, HNX announces the being put out of alert of XHC stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2023;
- Effective date: 15/4/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
