XHC: Notice of stock status

On April 11, 2024, HNX announces the status of XuanHoa VietNam JSC’s shares (stock code: XHC) as follows: XHC shares are put out of alert from April 15, 2024 according to Decision No.384/QD-SGDHN dated April 11, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave unqualified opinion on Annual Financial Statements 2023 according to Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
