SCD: Transferring registration, depository data of SCD shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for SCD shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered shares: 8,500,000 shares
- Total value of registered shares: 85,000,000,000 VND
From 08/05/2024, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of SCD shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of CHUONG DUONG BEVEVARAGERS JOINT STOCK COMPANY were delisted on HOSE according to Decision No. 180/QD-SGDHCM dated 05/04/2024 of Hochiminh Stock Exchange
