Pursuant to the decision no422/QĐ-UBCK dated 08/04/2024 by the State Securities Commission on approving extension of Certificate of additional share offering for BV Land Joint Stock Company and document no.84.1/2024/TB-BVL dated 08/04/2024 of BV Land Joint Stock Company (securities code: BVL), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce adjustment of time for exercising right issue (the record date 06/03/2024, trading platform: UPCOM, right issue code: MIRBVL241, ISIN: VNMIRBVL2414) as follows:

+ Time period for right transfer: from 20/03/2024 to 05/04/2024;
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 20/03/2024 to 10/04/2024;
+ Deadline for members' submission of subscription list and making relevant payment to VSDC: 12/04/2024;
+ Effective date of right cancellation: 15/04/2024.
