CCC: Adjustment of information

Pursuant to the document no.01/2024/CV-CDC on adjusting information of right issue for existing shareholders of CDC Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: CCC), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce adjustment information of regulations on subscription and execution venue in the Notice no.1569/TB-VSDC dated 09/04/2024 by VSDC as follows:
1. Announced information in the Notice no.1569/TB-VSDC dated 09/04/2024 by VSDC:
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Subscribed shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, LK 18-24, Galaxy 8, Ngan Ha Van Phuc residential area, 69 To Huu, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi
2. Adjusted information
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferrable
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, LK 18-24, Galaxy 8, Ngan Ha Van Phuc residential area, 69 To Huu, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi and make payment to blockade account of CDC Construction Joint Stock Company.
Other contents in the Notice no.1569/TB-VSDC dated 09/04/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
