DDM: Change in personnel

Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Ly Quang Thai has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 11/4/2024;
- Mr. Tran Quang Toan has resigned from Chair/Member of the BOD with effect since 11/4/2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Luan has resigned from Representative of Vietnam Maritime Corporation's capital contribution in Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company with effect since 11/4/2024;
- Ms. Pham Thi Anh Thu has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 11/04/2024;
- Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hoai has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 11/04/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 11/04/2024;
- Mr. Bui Nhat Truyen has been appointed being in charge of the Company's Executive Board with effect since 11/04/2024.
