POM: Transferring registration, depository data of POM shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for POM shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered shares: 279,676,336 shares
- Total value of registered shares: 2,796,763,360,000 VND
From 14/05/2024, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of POM shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Pomina Steel Corporation were delisted on HOSE according to Decision No. 208/QD-SGDHCM dated 10/04/2024 of Hochiminh Stock Exchange
