SGS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Postal ballot

Pursuant to the document no.38/TB-SSC dated 11/04/2024 of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, record date: 02/02/2024 in accordance with Notice no.76/TB-CNVSDC dated 19/01/2024 by CNVSD.
Reason: The issuer changed plan of postal ballot
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
