PXS: Decision on being put under trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 388/QD-SGDHN dated April 15, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of PXS stock as follows:
- Ground: Audited Financial Statement 2023
- Reason for trading restriction: the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Effective date: 17/04/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction,Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure J.S.C must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 15, 2024, HNX announces the status of Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure J.S.C’s shares (stock code: PXS) as follows: PXS shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.388/QD-SGDHN dated 15/4/2024 due to the reason that the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed in Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
