On April 10, 2024, Mr. Tran Phuoc Dzung announced the additional information of correction on result of transaction from 29/2/2024 to 26/3/2024 (February 29, 2024 to March 26, 2024) as follow:
1. Information before change
- Number of shares held by the shareholder before transaction: 231,200 shares
- Number of shares disposed: 1,900 shares
- Number of shares held by the shareholder before transaction: 229,300 shares
2. Information after change
- Number of shares held by the shareholder before transaction: 231,700 shares
*Reason: On February 23, 2024, Mr. Tran Phuoc Dzung traded 500 shares and due to a summary error, he did not deduct the 500 shares sold before the transaction announcement from February 29, 2024 to March 26. 2024
- Number of shares disposed: 1,400 shares
*Reason: Due to mistakenly adding 500 shares traded on February 23, 2024 to the period from February 29, 2024 to March 26, 2024
- Number of shares held by the shareholder after transaction: 229,300 shares (Unchanged)
- Number of shares held by the shareholder and related person after transaction: 229,300 shares  (8.82%) (The related person does not hold SDK shares)
- Reason for correction: Due to errors in synthesizing transaction data before and during the period from February 29, 2024 to March 26, 2024.
