QBS: Transferring registration, depository data of QBS shares from HOSE to UPCOM

- Total number of registered securities: 69,329,928 shares
- Total value of registered securities: 693,299,280,000 VND
From 14/05/2024, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of QBS shares from HOSE to UPCOM/
Reason: Shares of Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company are delisted from HOSE in accordance with Decision no.209/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 10/4/2024 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange. However, the Company still meets requirements of a public company who has to register for trading on UPCOM in accordance with provisions in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
