SPC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2024 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the notice no.367/BVTVSG-TCKT dated 15/04/2024 of SaiGon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 173/TB-CNVSDC dated 05/02/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Issuer finalizes meeting materials
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
