VMK: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.04/2024/CV-VMK dated 16/04/2024 of Vimarko Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date: 21/02/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 21/02/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 398/TB-VSDC dated 01/02/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company needs more time to better prepare the meeting agenda as stipulated by prevailing laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
