SMB: Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ For undeposited securities:
*The shareholders in Dak Lak province will receive cash dividend at the Mien Trung Beer Joint Stock Company's head office, no. 1 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, DakLak province (on working days, except Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
*The shareholders in Binh Dinh will receive cash dividend at Quy Nhon branch, Phu Tai industrial zone, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh (on working days, except Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
*The shareholders in Phu Yen Branch will receive cash dividend at Phu Yen branch, 265 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province (on working days, except Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
*The shareholders from Khanh Hoa to the South will receive cash dividend at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company - Hochiminh Branch, Level 3, Ben Thanh Times Square Building, 136-138 Le Thi Hong Gam, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city, tel: 1900 6446 - ext 8713, contact Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu (on working days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
*The shareholders from Quang Ngai to Quang Binh will receive cash dividend at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company - Da Nang Branch, level 3, 130 Dong Da, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city, tel: 1900 6446  -  ext 7992, contact Ms. Dang Thi Hong Van (on working days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
*The shareholders from Ha Tinh to the North will receive cash dividend at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, 52 Lac Long Quan, Buoi ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi, tel 1900 6446 - ext 5705, contact Mr. Tran Anh Ngoc (on working days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 05/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
+ In case of receiving via bank transfer, shareholders will have to send information on bank account to one of the above "Payment places".
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28/05/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
