On 19/04/2024, HNX announced that the following stock has been put under alert under Decision No. 403/QD-SGDHN:
-    Issuer: The Vegetexco Port JSC
-    Stock code: VGP
-    Effective date: 24/04/2024
-  Reason: The Company was late in disclosing the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 15 working days from the deadline of information disclosure.
-   Applicable regulation: Point g Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
