KHW: Change in personnel

Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Vu Van Binh has been reappointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Van Dam has been reappointed Member of the BOD cum General Manager for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Mr. Truong Khac Hoanh, Mr. Nguyen Van Quan, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan have been reappointed Member of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Mr. Hoang Long has been reappointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Mr. Quach Vinh Binh and Mr. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ninh have been reappointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong has been reappointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Company Secretary for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hang has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 24/4/2024.
