KHD: Change in personnel

Hai Duong Mineral Eineal Processing Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Vu Thang Binh has resigned from Chief and Member of the BOD with effect since 25/4/2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Mr. Doan Van Cuong, Mr. Ho Van Tuan have resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 25/4/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 25/4/2024;
- Mr. Ngo Quang Huy has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the rest of the term 2021-2025 with effect since 25/4/2024;
- Mr. Pham Hong Thinh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the rest of the term 2021-2025 with effect since 25/4/2024;
- Mr. Ho Van Tuan has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the rest of the term 2021-2025 with effect since 25/4/2024.
