GHC: Change in personnel

Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Mai Van Dinh has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 26/4/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thai Ha has been reappointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 26/4/2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 26/4/2024.
