HLD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 619/HUDLAND dated 24/04/2024 of Hudland Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 02/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1249/TB-VSDC dated 13/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The company has not completed the procedures to seek opinions from the parent company and superior management agencies on meeting contents at the 2024 annual general meeting, so the general meeting is not eligible to be organized as expected. The Board of Directors has issued a Resolution to extend the time to organize 2024 annual general meeting before 30/06/2024.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
