BVH: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 470/2024/TĐBV-VP dated 26/04/2024 of Bao Viet Holdings (Securities code: BVH) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 extraordinary general meeting record date 15/02/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the Notice no.347/TB-VSDC dated 29/01/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company changed the plan to organize 2024 extraordinary general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
