FGL: Cancellation of record date for Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2024

Pursuant to the Document No. 24/TB-FGL dated 02/05/2024 of Gia lai Coffee Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2024 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository And Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2024 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 19th March 2024
Reason for cancellation: The company needs more time to complete the meeting documents.
