GCB: Change in personnel

Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Trong Binh has resigned from Chair of the BOD, Member of the BOD of the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024;
- Mr. Pham Son Tung has resigned from Member of the BOD of the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024;
- Mr. Le Thanh Phong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Du have resigned from Member of Supervisory Board of the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024;
- Mr. Ngo Minh Hai has been appointed Chair of the BOD, Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Man and Ms. Tran Thi My Linh have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 03, 2024.
