* Decision on stock under supervision:
Following Decision No. 445/QD-SGDHN dated May 6, 2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SD6
- Effective date: 09/5/2024
- Reason: The Company was late in submiting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 (holding and consolidate) over 30 days since due date
- Applicable law(s): Point g, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 401/QD-SGDHN dated April 19, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on SD6 stock under alert.

-  SD6 shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 445/QD-SGDHN dated May 6, 2024
because the Company was late in submiting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 (holding and consolidate) over 30 days since due date.
