MBB: Transfer of Ownership for 9,930 shares

According to document No. 1204/UBCK-PTTT dated 27/02/2024 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the dossier of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank for ownership transfer of MBB shares due to redemption/recall of shares issued in accordance with ESOP, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce completion of ownership transfer of  9,930 shares from 4 employees to the Trade Union of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( attachment).
