LCD: Decision on stock under continued supervision

On 08/05/2024, HNX announced that the following stock remains under supervision Decision No. 460/QD-SGDHN:
-  Issuer: Erection Electromechanics Testing JSC
-  Stock code: LCD
-  Effective date: 10/05/2024
-  Reason:  The auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 for 02 consecutive years
- Other reason: The Company was late in submiting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 for 02 consecutive years
-   Applicable regulation: Point d and h section 1 Article 37 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 426/QD-SGDHN dated April 26, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on under continued supervision
