GMD: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the notice no.081/GMD-2024 dated 08/05/2024 of Gemadept Corporation on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 02/05/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with the Notice no.845/TB-CNVSDC dated 12/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: the Company would like to well prepare 2024 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
