PVL: Cancellation of the Record date

Pursuant to the notice no.43/CV-VPro dated 06/05/2024 of Viet Property Investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 27/05/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1926/TB-VSDC dated 02/05/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: In order to the Company to ensure better organization of the General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
