ING: Stock under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 472/QD-SGDHN dated 13/05/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Investment and Construction Development Corporation
- Stock code: ING
- Reason: The company has negative equity in its audited 2023 financial statements.
- Effective date: 15/05/2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange
