SD6: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 89/TB-TCKT dated 14/05/2024 of Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD6) on cancelling the record date (02/04/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 02/04/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1339/TB-VSDC dated 19/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: The company have more time to better prepare the general meeting, complying with regulations on organizing the Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
