CC4: Change in personnel

Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No.4 announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Dao Tien Duong has been dismissed from his Chairmanship and membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 15/05/2024
- Ms. Vu Thi Khanh Ha has been dismissed from her membership of the Supervisory Board with effect since 15/05/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Tran Tung has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Dao Tien Duong with effect since 15/05/2024
- Mr. Dang Xuan Hien has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 15/05/2024.
