TKG: Decision on stock switched to trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 488/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, HNX announces the stock is switched to trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TKG
- Effective date: 22/5/2024
- Reason: The Company was late in submiting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure
- Trading restriction: trade is only available every Fridays from the effective date
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 441/QD-SGDHN dated May 04, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock switched to supervision.
Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
