* Stock under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 487/QD-SGDHN dated 20/05/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SD6
- Reason: The company is 45 days late in submitting the audited semiannual financial statements 2023 over due date
- Effective date: 22/05/2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday.
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulation For Listing Securities And Trading Of Listed Securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 445/QD-SGDHN dated May 06, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on SD6 Decision on stock under supervision
