Decision to change to trading restriction
 
Following Decision No. 494/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, HNX announces the status to move to trading restriction of HTP stock as follows:
 -  Reason for trading restriction: The listed organization is late in submitting the audited financial statement for more than 45 days over the due date.
- Effective date: 22/05/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point a  Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 20/05/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of KTT shares as follows:

-  KTT shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 494/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024, because the listed organization is late in submitting the audited financial statement for more than 45 days over the due date.
