HSA: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction

Following Decision No. 517/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HSA stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The company is late in submitting its audited 2023 financial statements more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
