Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 541/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DCS stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Other reasons: the company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023 and audited financial statements of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; 
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DCS) as follows:
- DCS shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 541/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 due to the reasons that the company is late to submit audited financial statements of 2022 and 2023, and reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021 as prescribed at points b, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DCS shares are under alert according to Decision No. 693/QD-SGDHN dated 07/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reason(s) that according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
