LTC: Notice on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 548/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LTC stock of Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Other reasons: The auditor gives disclaimer of opinion to the Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Points b and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTC) as follows:
- LTC stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 548/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure; the auditing company gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Company’s Financial Statements 2022 under Points b and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
