AMD: ​Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

(1) Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction
Following Decision No. 539/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of AMD stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days
- Other reasons for trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2023 for over 45 days
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company  must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1094/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023.
(2) Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company  ’s shares (stock code: AMD) as follows: 
- AMD shares are under continued trading restriction since 23/05/2024 according to Decision No.539/QD-SGDHN because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days; the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- AMD’s shares are put under trading suspension from July 19, 2023 according to Decision No.756/QD-SGDHN dated 12/7/2023 due to: the company is forced to be delisted due to serious violation of the obligation to disclose information as prescribed at point o Clause 1 Article 120 of the Government's Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, it belongs to the case that the shares are subject to trading suspension as prescribed in Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
