RIC: Decision on trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 530/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of RIC stock as follows:
- Reason: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days
- Effective date: 29/5/2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Royal International Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Royal International Corporation’s shares (stock code: RIC) as follows: RIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.530/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2023 because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
