On June 03, 2024, HNX announces the status of Lilama No. 69-2 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: L62) as follows: L62 stock is under trading restriction since June 05, 2024 under Decision No. 634/QD-SGDHN dated June 03, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting because the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Audited Financial Statementa 2023 and the Company's owner's equity was negative in 2023 under Points a & c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
