SQC: Decision on being put on alert

Following Decision No. 640/QD-SGDHN dated June 06, 2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Sai Gon – Quy Nhon Mining Corporation
- Stock code: SQC
- Reason: The auditor expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Effective date: June 10, 2024
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, SQC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
