On June 06, 2024, HNX announces the status of Sai Gon – Quy Nhon Mining Corporation’s shares (UPCOM: SQC) as follows: 
- SQC shares are under alert following to Decision No. 640/QD-SGDHN dated June 06, 2024 due to The auditor expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more; belongs to the provisions at Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- SQC shares are being put out of trading restriction due to the Company has submitted the Audited Annual Financial Statement 2023; belongs to the case in Point b Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
