GPC: Decision on the stock being put out of trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on the stock being put out of trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 645/QD-SGDHN dated June 07, 2024, HNX announces the being put out of trading restriction of Green Plus Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (UPCOM: GPC) as follows:
- Ground for being put out of trading restriction: The reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason: The Company has submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2023;
- Effective date: June 14, 2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
(2) Notice on stock status
On June 07, 2024, HNX announces the status of Green Plus Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (UPCOM: GPC) as follows: GPC shares are now out of trading restriction from June 14, 2024 as the Company submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 to HNX as prescribed at Point b Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 the Vietnam Exchange.
