HAH: Payment of 2023 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 15% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares paid to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed. Example: shareholder who owns 1,257 shares is entitled to receive 1,257 x 0.15 = 188.55 new shares. According to the above principle, shareholder will receive 188 new shares, the 0.55 fractional shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at following addresses:
