HAV: Notice of stock status

On 11/062024, HNX announces the status of Hapro Vodka Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HAV) as follows: HAV shares are being put on alert due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
