HSA: Notice of stock status

On 12/06/2024, HNX announces the status of Hestia Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HSA) as follows:
-  Removing the HSA stock out of trading restriction due to the reason the company has filed its audited 2023 financial statements at Point b Clause 5 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HSA shares are put under trading suspension starting due to the reason the company seriously violated its information disclosure obligations at Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
