LCM: Notice of stock status

On June 10, 2024, HNX announces the status of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation & Processing Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LCM) as follows: LCM shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 650/QD-SGDHN dated June 10, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s financial statement 2023 as prescribed at Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
