When coming to receive dividends in cash, shareholders present the original ID card/Citizen Identification Card, Share ownership Certificate with a notarized copy and authorization letter to receive dividends (for shareholders who are Organizations) to submit to GSM to make payment documents;
. Dividends by bank transfer: Shareholders send a request to receive dividends by bank transfer (according to GSM's form) to GSM, and attach notarized copies of the following documents: ID card/Citizen Identification Card and Share ownership Certificate as payment documents;
- Working hours: Morning 7:00 am to 11:30 am, Afternoon: 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm (from Monday to Saturday every week).
