VMS: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate

On June 19, 2024, Vietnam Maritime Development JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 3771/UBCK-PTTT of the State Securities Commission regarding the maximum foreign ownership rate is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
