- Mr. Pham Tan Phong has been appointed  Representative of state capital, Deputy General Manager, Member of the Board with effect since 25/06/2024
- Mr. Tran The Hung has been appointed  Member of the Board with effect since 25/06/2024
- Mr. Le Chanh Huy has been appointed  Deputy Director of Mechanical and Electrical Construction Enterprise, Member of the Board with effect since 25/06/2024
