On June 27, 2024, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2024 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 7.36% (equivalent to 2,318,133 shares) of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares according to Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises.
